Winchester model 250- lever gun with loose fore grip

Owned this for some time and the fore grip is loose. No physical sign of damage. Anyone tell me how to remove it and repair it? Thanks. Tim

Should be a screw . just tighten it.

OOhhh, I have one of those, also. Been awhile, but I read a step by step with photos on how to disassemble the forearm. I remember that you have to take out the stud that holds the magazine tube in place. It is a one-way stud, too. One side larger than the other. let me see if i can find the link on it.

Here's a video that shows a guy taking apart a 290. Same as the 250 only semi auto. Forearm comes off same way.

In the part 1 video he talks about how if the forearm is loose the barrel nut needs tightened up.
