There won't be a snowflake in the entire state. I just bought this.

I just cut and split an entire truck load of wood and hurt my back in the process so it probably won't even get that cold this winter either.

I got lucky this year.. Last March my neighbor had his large oak cut down. The tree service co. cut it all up in firewood size pieces for me, so all I had to do was split it.. (I have a log splitter). :D

I don't care what happens after Dec. 15th. I'm not a big fan of a drive home from class that takes an hour and a half when it normally takes 35-40 minutes.

I've got a log splitter too...me, a 8# splitting maul, and a case of beer. Im still paying for it tho. But then again I also had to drop the tree, cut it, load it into the truck...then had to bring it home, unload it, split it, and stack it all.

Last year the old timers were telling me that all the signs pointed to a bad winter.
This year, they're saying they have no friggin idea anymore.

You need one of these. Makes loading wood a cinch.

    Mine are coming up sporks.........

That should be good for sleet or hail? haha

A fork is supposed to be a light on snow winter, maybe it will be somewhere in the middle.

I just read the other day that a knife means it will be "cutting" cold.
