    Hey everybody, I'm alive!
    Got home yesterday, and it sure feels good to sleep in my own bed and eat real food! Anyway, as you read above it wasn't cancer. However, due to where the mass was and its size, the doc went ahead and removed it anyway. He said that sooner or later it would have caused problems if it got much bigger. I'm still plenty sore as expected, nothing like I was on Friday, tho. Ribs felt like I took a shot from Mean Joe Greene!
    It looks like I'll be off work for a couple of weeks to a month and I'm supposed to take it easy, so no hunting for me. They do want to do another scan a few months down the road, to make sure that it doesn't come back.
