It is my opinion that she was intoxicated. No legitimate artist would ink an intoxicated client. 1. they don't know what they are doing. 2. alcohol thins your blood. He brought it on himself, no pity here.

I've NEVER seen anyone scream when in a tattoo shop, and I've frequented several, and one on almost a weekly basis. I have seen flinching when nerves are close, and gritting of teeth (myself included in that one) but NEVER screaming like that.
Obviously she's never given birth if a tattoo hurts her that bad, lol.
