WTS: P17 Enfield 30/06

This is an Eddystone Enfield, 30/06, partially sporterized. The wood has been cut, but not the metal. The rear site has been replaced by a Williams peep site. This gun is a sweetheart. Asking $500 face to face near Bloomington. No trades, I'm looking to reduce my collection.

Front site intact? Barrel and bore condition?

I had thought that the front site was original, I was wrong. Faulty memory, I guess. It's got a nice ramp site, but not original, I'm afraid. The bore is in great condition, shiny and with clean grooves. She shoots very well.
