    I bought one of them pistol bayonet's off of gunbroker the other day and it arrived today. I slipped it on the ole XD and this is what it looked like.

    How would use apply that thing to a real life situation? I guess it could work as a nightstand gun, but holstering that thing could hurt...

    Its a ka-bar so the quality should be good and I think that I paid $36 shipped. There is a guy over on the gunbroker forums that has specials just for the forum members from time to time. He is getting another shipment in later next week and I ask him to hold another for me.

    Now all you have to do is find a holster. It's really cool looking but I fail to see the point. Easier to just pull the trigger.

    Next thing they will do is make sure your pistol has no bayonet lug, like they did on rifles. There always seems to be lots of room for governmental stupidity.

    and dont forget about how the jury will see you when that pistol is presented in court after a JUSTIFIED shoot..... just a reminder to take it off before you use it in the HD role.
