The wife and i were at Miejer in Avon today, after getting our taxes done, I decided to walk by the ammunition case to see what they had left. Wouldn't you know it was pretty much empty except for some .17, 30'06, and some 30-30, but on the shelf all by itself were two boxes of .380, perfect size for our Thunders. The clerk laughed when he saw looking at ammo, and couldn't believe I actually found something I could use. You never know where you may find something you need.

Walmart had .223 yesterday and i was lucky enough to have walked in a bit after they unloaded the truck. There were 5 other people standing in from of the cabinet waiting for the lady to come unlock it.

The truck came in that morning 10 boxes. I bought 6 there limit.

    Just around the corner.
Booneville wal mart had lots of 38sp, 9mm .223 and 12ga, but not 1 22lr. I have enough 9mm and 38sp. ammo but I would like a few more boxes of 22lr. I did find a 500 rd box of 22 shorts at Right To Bare Arms, so I did get a box. Can use them in my Henry rifle. :) Hay, all shooting is good shooting.

Brownsburg Wal-Mart has had .380 (and .40) in stock for the longest time.

Kinda regret selling off my .40 and .380

Keep trying, I heard last week of ammo at he Emmerson 465 BG Walmart, but by the time I got there it was all gone, stopped by the Fishers 96th St Walmart the next day on my way home from work, and low and behold 100 rd bulk boxes of 9mm Federal. Yep a bunch of folks waiting their turn to get a box, (1 box limit per type box/3 different boxes total), and got my box and gone. Wanted .40, but took what I could get.

    kewl post Dudes!
I have decided to add 380 and 40 cal to the arsenal.
Plenty of that ammo around, it seems. Brackets the 9mm's nicely :D
Also having trouble finding 22LR's in terre haute... go figure!
Some of the LGS have the higher $ 22longs, but all the cheaper ones are long gone.
Oh well, cci Stinger and such is great ammo!

    Come on you guys!!!!
"What have you done this week to prep"???????
Do you have a spare tire for your vehicle?
More food in the icebox than you need today?
What will you do when it's all gone?
    Think it can't happen?
Look at the reasons the "cupboard is empty"
Good luck and I mean LUCK!

I am always adding to any of the supplies I keep on hand whenever I am out and about. I just thought with all the talk about ammo being hard to find, I would try to help people find something they might need. Sorry if my post does not meet with your approval, I will try harder next time.

Your post is great. It helps out those not ready for tough times.
