The SW1911 in 9mm that my wife surprised me with on our 15th anniversary.

My favorite shooter and carry gun is my Wilson Combat Tactical Elite.

    Glock 19.

It's not pretty and the trigger is just OK, but it's durable, reliable, and conceals easily. I'll buy another one at some point just to have a backup.

A 20 GA double barrel imported from Spain by Richland Arms, I bought new in 1968 for $69.00 at Central Hardware Indy. And my EDC a S&W m60 .357 loaded with +P .38's. Can you guess I am old school.

Nothing wrong with that. I had a .38sp m60 no dash and it was an excellent revolver.

Model 10, S&W, 38 spec. w/ skinny barrel(4 in), first Service Revolver for job at Police Dept. They issued a M66, 357 Mag after the Academy, but had the M10 due to it's ability to use the same holsters, speedloaders, and basic maintenance. Still strong since mid 70's manufactor, well balanced, good firearm. Blue steel and wood are hard to beat.

Early 1920's Paige Lewis .22 single shot lever action youth model. It belonged to my great grandfather and then my grandfather and could never be replaced at any cost.

My newly purchased Colt Combat Elite, it's now my favorite gun I have. Sometimes I take it out, and just stare at it. (Sigh) is that weird?

wasn't she nice to do that for me?...lol

I heard Jetgirl has a large back tatoo of John Moses Browning wielding two 1911's akimbo but that may just be an internet rumor....:):

Here is my favorite...I got it from my dad when I graduated high school...His 1972 vintage Smith model 28-2....

And I have kinda got attached to this 1974 Smith model 17....And stag....

Smith & Wesson M&P 40. Absolutely LOVE everything about it! Nothing fits my hand better or enhances my shooting abilities as well.

Sorry...I just couldn't help it but if you are the right age you KNOW you have at least hummed this as you are getting it out of the safe...:):

I'm not all that old but I do know the song and it does come to mind when I'm out on the range shooting it.

That reminds me: Last time I was at NCC shooting Wed. Night steel, one of the more "mature" ladies didn't have a rimfire to even out the team shoot, (6 centerfire vs 6 rimfire) Another gentleman said, quoted word for word, "I'm sure Dustin (me) would let you use his ten incher if you ask him nice enough!)
I couldn't shoot straight I was laughing so hard!

Wow... asking me to pick a favorite is akin to asking a parent which of their kids are their favorite. :): But if I had to pick, I guess my M1 Garand would be favorite rifle (although it would be followed closely by one of my Swedish Mausers). Favorite semi-auto handgun would be my Springfield 1911. Favorite revolver would be my S&W Model 66-4 snubby. Shotgun I think (as of this past weekend) would be my NEF Pardner 20 gauge pump. Before that I would have said my Ithaca Model 37.
