Friday I looked. Tried to support local stores, AND I wanted it NOW!
Best Buy, Office Depot, Walmart, Target, Meijer.. no one had one.
So, amazon, bought 2. If you buy within the next two hours, you'll receive it Sunday.
Sigh.


My display is running, just some outputs don't seem to be working. Comm errors.
I think one of my cat 5 sockets is bad.

For the last couple of months, any time I cut an order that close they always miss it. If you do a chat with one of their reps they may reship it and and may also give you a courtesy discount on your order.

I spent countless hours searching before I was able to buy the AK I have always wanted. Then I had to search for and buy all of the accessories and ammo for it. To make matters worse, it was already getting crowded in the safe. Now I am going to need to buy a bigger safe.

And now Fed Ex says the package that was supposed to be delivered Thursday and then email claimed would be delayed is currently out for delivery two days early. These emails are confusing me so early in the day. Now I will need to find batteries for those cameras two days earlier than originally planned.

Remember when you used to have to wait 4 to 6 weeks?

I tell young people about that (and ordering from a paper catalog) and I typically get a blank stare. The just don't have the mental context to really understand it.

I went through the drive thru the other day. Got got a few drops of rain on my arm because the awning over the drive through window didn't come out far enough. There should be a law.

Then you have that wet thin ass napkin to deal with. Infuriating.
