I did not say I don't remember reading it or what it says. I thought it was a BS piece then and amazingly I still have the same opinion of it...
Care to elaborate on why it's a BS piece?

And when the inspector of Iraq said they had no WMDs?
Please show where the rest of the world (aside from the UK) thought they had WMDs.
Look for anything on Hans Blix.
I just spent all day yesterday reading "SEAL Target Geronimo" by Chuck Pfarrer, whose bio says he is a former assault team leader in SEAL Team Six. Among a number of interesting things in this book about how we actually got Osama bin Laden, he asserts that there have been at least 100 incidents where Sadaam's chemical weapons have been used as IEDs against coalition troops and Iraqi civilians. He cites truck bombs using Chlorine gas, IEDs using SARIN and VX. Apparently the reports about this are contained in the WikiLeaks document dump.
If you search the WikiLeaks papers using "chemical warfare improvised explosive device (CWIED)", you should find over 600 documents; add "suspected chemical" and you should find 85 more.
I don't even argue that point anymore. There has been lots of information out there about weapons we've found that Iraq wasn't supposed to have. We found gas, but supposedly it was so degraded it wouldn't hurt anyone. Like that matters.
It's all moot anyway, according to the ceasefire, Saddam was required to demonstrate certain things to us, we didn't have to prove a thing. Instead, he actively tried to prevent us from knowing what he was required to demonstrate.
It's nuts to think he had WMD. Just ask the Kurds who got gassed to death by the non WMD chemical weapons.
And also, the Emperor is wearing clothes. After all, everyone knows he is.
