    You've got to take care of yourself Rusty! That's the only body you get in life and you need to make it last. One bit of advice I'll offer is to take care of your hands. Specifically, be careful with solvents as they can cause long term skin issues if not treated with respect. I did not do that and have a lot of issues with my hands that I don't think I'd have otherwise. Using MEK as a hand soap was not a good idea even once, let alone doing it for years. Parts washers can really eat up the skin on your hands too.

    Oh I can't stand dirty hands. Gloves are always on if I'm doing anything relating to solvents.
