INGO certainly has a few female hygiene products among the membership. :):

That said, it's not terribly unusual to have a newbie or two shouting that the whole forum should bend to their wishes and beliefs. waaawaaa2

I agree with the OP. This thread has shown me the character of several that I wouldn`t care to know.

If I were to guess it is the people that were sarcastic and have actually been around INGO for quite some time and actually know people from here in the real world...

..and jagee. I can't blame you for not wanting to know him, I can't stand that guy.

Overall I like it here, find some members a bit grating, others, I enjoy their posts, a couple I always click if I see they've posted. Met a few in RL, they were all nice & courteous.

There is only one (never met them, & no longer active), that I'd like to thunder punch in the throat.

I've learned a lot, & hope to continue to learn. Certainly not a several posts per day, but chime in some.

Some of the people that have been having some fun and might be someone that some people might choose to think are not worthy have quite a generous giving side to them as well and have done quite alot to help other members of this forum in time of great need. Just something to ponder.

Character shows itself in the way people treat others, especially when they`re behind keyboards, where it`s easy to be a jerk. That would be something to ponder as well.

Just my 2 cents, but how long someone has been here has zero to do with character. Piling on a new member who is venting their frustration is pretty sad really. The only thing more sad is the lack of leadership from long-time members, and or Mods, to reign in the bullies.

I'm off of INGO for a few days and what happens? You drive away another mature, contributing member. You douches should really be ashamed of yourselves...you know who you are.

It doesn't have to be unless you like to act like a high schooler.

I act like a 3rd grader. You know, that time in life when what clothes you wore didn't matter, no one cared about being "cool" and you'd play with anyone who just wanted to have fun?

Kindergarten, Milk and Cookies ...hmmm and Nap Time. Can't beat that!

The OP was given a huge opportunity to meet several of INGOs finest, shoot some badass pieces and break bread with them...

I guess you have chosen yourself to be the one to sit and judge. You seem to be doing that alot lately.

Funny, I see lots of long time members telling him to stick around and learn what the forum is all about before judging it too harshly. Perhaps you should start on page 1 and re-read some.

I'm outing myself here for good reason. When I saw the "Meet and greet" post, I noted his location. He's in the same vicinity as my BIL, who was coming down for a gathering of like minded folk. I thought, new member, free ride down and back, and range time. What could go wrong with this? I even gave my home # to call. If he had called and said, this , this, and this is what I'm about, I still would have been ok with him coming down.

I have learned a valuable lesson here. And I will NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
