Heck, I've stopped going to sources that are actually more aligned with my views for this same reason. They've just gotten too looney these days. It seems like they're all going off the rails anymore.
I couldn't agree more. I just find it sad that the anti-gun crowd just assumes that if someone is carrying a firearm, they will surely use it to solve any and all disagreements they find themselves in. I mentioned to my boss one day that I have a gun locked up in my vehicle every day at work...

Maybe that's a factor of the guns you've shot 40 out of. I can tell you that my XD40 is a more comfortable shooter than my old Colt Defender (as expected) or my wife's P938 (also as one might expect) and every bit as easy to shoot as my son's HK VP9 (which was a surprise).
