      Coffee people?

      I know I'll get beat up in a coffee snob thread but I love my Keurig. There are several brand that I like in it. I mostly use the Starbucks stuff. Right now it's Dark Sumatra. I questioned the machine when I first saw them but they make a good cup.

      This is the time of year for shooting up all of the vegetables left in the garden!!! Nothing explodes like a tomato.

      Buying ammo out of state?

      I was raised in Illinois and my mother still lives there. I checked out all the Walmarts and gun stores in three small towns and not a 22lr round to be found.

      Fort Wayne Indiana ---- The new Rural King (Village of Coventry) has Armscor 50pk 2.79 Eley Target 6.49 Eley Subsonic 9.99 LImit 6. At 6:30pm they had 100s of packs of Armscor , Maybe 1000's of packs. It was a big pile. They had less but still a lot of ELEY. Everyone was buying the Armscor.

      Great story. I haven't bought from Armslist yet for the same reasons. We have some pretty shady parts of town here and I can just see myself with cash in hand to meet someone that I have never met.... Might get clubbed and not get my ammo!

      I no longer reload so I didn't look to see what kind of powder there was but I saw a lot of 1lb jugs at Hillside shooting in Roanoke.

      Ha Ha, I've heard it. It just means to pick something up and fiddle around with it. Coons do that a lot.

      All the stores around here have shotguns shells but they always did. It was just pistol ammo shortage at first and now you can get about anything except .22

      Ammo Freaks!

      Yup, I'm a freak. I put my .22 stash in a plastic ammo can and tried different combination of box sizes to fill every square inch. Did you know that rem22 cardboard boxes are slightly wider that they are tall? It makes a difference how many will fit!
