I dont have one but I bet the guys would likely let you shoot one up at Bullseye in Kokomo if they had one. You should call them. (Also your wife is hard core! I could not get my wife anywhere near a .40) Good luck.
Gents, Thanks for the info so far I am going to run down some of the links and try to learn some more, I have so far learned a bit about the whole mis alignment issues on some of the WASR rifles and about trigger group issues. I will be asking many more questions. Again thanks! and if you guys...
I have been really interested in the LCR for a while, touched them alot at the store. The only thing that gets me is that giant grip. Does the grip make the LCR difficult to conceal? I wish someone made a slimmer aftermarket grip. I know the grip thats on it is supposed to tame recoil, but its...
1) No matter what you should be proud of yourself for practicing and researching to find ways of getting better.
2) I am jealious because I cant get my wife to care about shooting her P3AT better
3) If you can master such a small weapon you will really rock with a larger more controlable gun...
I need to be educated. I am interested in a highly reliable AK type rifle, however I know nothing about the guns other than the general history and rep for reliability. I know there are gotchas though when it comes to buying a good one. My aim would be nothing pretty, form over function and...
Does anyone have any experience with the M&P 45 compact and how does it compare to say the glock 36? Also in general any personal issues with M&P pistols of any caliber?
I just read that on that 1st reactor they have already flooded it with sea water, that kills the reactor core, will never user that reactor again. That is what they are trying to do is balance the possability of a meltdown vs. the ability to regain control of the reactor and be able to fix and...
What type of failures have you seen? I was considering getting a wolf two piece steel, same spring rate though as stock. What is it that causes the damage? I am very interested in this, this is something I have been considering for a long time, but will not do if it hurts the gun. Thanks
For personal defense I agree with 124 grain bonded hollow point. I seem to have good luck in all of my 9's with Speer Gold Dot 124. Just every day at the range I have decent luck with blazer brass ....read cheap!!!!
I have to admit the G26 bis a bit on the chunky side, but I really do not like all of the safety crap on the new Rugers. I generally like Ruger firearms I personally think they make the best revolvers in the industry. I like the size of the SR9, the way it feels. In the end I have a 26 and love...
WOW
That is exactly what I have in my minds eye when I think .45, it is perfect in every way. Personally I find no greater beauty than form following function....and you have the perfect example of that. I would keep that one in the family for generations to enjoy!
I only know a couple of people who have any real experience with shooting people or being present when someone was shot. When I ask my step dad about calibers and stopping power he just kind of laughs and says "trust me no one likes getting shot with anything" he spent 9 months in the central...
Quote From Ludlow "Well I just picked up a Kel-Tec PF9 and shot it for the first time today. I am definitely questioning this decision. But I've only got a about 100 rounds through it so I'm going to give it some more time before I completely condem it." on the first page
Is your dislike of...
