What is the matter with Glock owners?

There are many factors that go into the pricing of any object. The price one is willing to pay, and the price one is willing to part with are just a few. There is also supply and demand, marginal utility, price vs. value (think of the diamond water paradox Adam Smith wrote about.) I believe...

Springfield XDM 9 3.8 compact or a Glock?

My vote goes for the Glock, but that's what I know and am comfortable with. But either way you go you will be happy. You probably want it chambered in 9mm for the round count. Which would leave you with a Glock 17. 17 rounds +1 in the chamber. If your planning on carrying though then the...

      Biking and Carrying

Like the first James Bond girl, except a gun instead of the big knife. Back on topic, what about strapping a holster to the frame somehow, maybe somewhere on the seat tube, on top of the top tube, or maybe in front of the handle bars.

How did you celebrate Earth Day?

I was looking for some jocularity here guys. My business dictates what I do in a given day. When a customer calls and needs something done, it gets done. i was planning on doing what I did today before I even knew it was Earth Day. Besides energy is far to expensive for me to waste!

Supreme Court upholds Michigan Affirmative Action ban on college applications

I believe this decision is only "banning" affirmative action in public colleges and universities. All the other situations where affirmative action can be applied are not the states choice with this decision.

Acceptable grouping out to 15-20 yards.

Never! I like to say there is always room for improvement. My goal is to put every bullet through the same hole. This way I am always working on accuracy, because you can never be too accurate. Even in a self defense scenario, I would like every bullet to hit my intended target because you...

      Hello from Mooresville

Welcome to the forum! :rockwoot:Are you reloading or planning on getting into that too? Long range and reloading go pretty much hand in hand.

      What's your favorited weapon?

I would have to go with my 12ga Remington 870. Although my Glock 19 is not far behind.
