That is fantastic! The SP-01 was one of my must haves for the longest time but they are hard to find. Thankfully I ran across a used one that had already been to Cajun Gun Works and it is just a spectacular shooter! Pics and range reports are always appreciated!
Another vote for the 34. The big long-term takeaway from the 34 over the 17 is the lighter slide. Every other part you can buy aftermarket or OEM and customize either to your liking but the 17's slide won't ever get any longer or lighter unless you do the work to it...and that will cost more...
It is between my old Gen 3 G21 and my Gen 4 G34. Both shoot like dreams, reliable as hell and an absolute blast to shoot! Both are my IDPA/USPSA pistols and I wouldn't take a sack of money for either.
It sounds like whatever it is you'll cook up it could be painful HA! I hate to say it but I've had zero chances for practicing in the last few months so I'm leaning toward the easier side of that! Maybe all targets at 3 yards :D
One of my favorite .45 ACP handguns. I have an old Gen 3 that is approaching 10,000 rounds and Ive done nothing to it but put in better springs and sights for competition. The Gen 4 is smaller in the handle than the Gen 3 Glock 21 and I really like them too. Can't go wrong with the G21!
Depending upon what you want out of your Glock you can do layers of Ghost Inc trigger parts. I've added their Ultimate trigger bar and their competition spring package and for about $30 it rivals all the Zev drop in triggers at a 1/10 the price. The trigger bar will make the pull smoother and it...
I think it is a cycle. I had similar experiences on here. Lots of good ones and then had nothing but weird or odd happenings... had a deal fall through despite going through days and days of haggling they pulled out about an hour before I was planning on leaving and driving for an hour to meet...
Thanks for posting this! I recently picked up a GoPro myself and have gotten into videoing any stages I can either as a shooter or a Safety Officer. What camera and equipment are you using?
I'll echo what everyone else has said... please stay away from Nylon. Nothing good has ever come from owning and using a nylon holster.
If you've invested good money in that new pistol look for a modern holster made of kydex to keep it where it belongs...in there and on your belt. Companies...
That is good news! Glad to hear you had a good time. Between Red Brush and the West Side Sportsman's Club there are 2 great places to shoot with a ton of great shooters and quality individuals! Hope you are able to keep coming out !!
HA! i got it figured out. my classifier score was entered as a match instead of a Classifier and because I wasn't an official ESP EX it listed me in the match as an 'unofficial' participant.
Ok, just noticed something on the IDPA page...my Classifier score has an asterisk by it and it says 'Unofficial' what does that mean? never noticed that before.
