6" S&W or COLT DA .22 LR Revolver

I was looking for a 6" barrel S&W K-22 or 17, or a Colt Trooper - .22 lr. Would consider a 617 or a Diamondback on super sale. Must be in perfect working order with excellent bore. Prefer something in the 90-98% range cosmetically. All original please. Want gun as a shooter, but box...

      KS&E Pendleton Pike

I've seen some posts about this place on here and - while it is certainly not Gander Mountain in terms of selection, or ambiance - I did get a CZ 455 American .22 lr there that was cheaper than BUDS cash price and 10-15% cheaper than Popguns could give me. :D

Daily Limit vs Possession Limit in Indiana

I met a guy who works as a Conservation Officer and he said that possession limit was not well defined in Indiana. Federal regulated species are considered in your possession even if they are processed and in your freezer. Species not federally regulated may be subject to a less strict...

      Ruger Youtube channel

http://www.youtube.com/user/RugerFirearms There is a huge series of instructional videos on youtube on Ruger's channel, I had no idea this existed, but will tell you how to disassemble and reassemble your gun for cleaning, inspection, etc... I always just heard it was a B* to take the MK III...

      .22lr/.22wmr revolvers

I've been shooting the Ruger Mark III (.22lr) and was kind of interested in a .22lr/.22wmr revolver. I am a medium size guy, 5' 9" - 170 lbs, but have small hands by any standard. The Ruger Single Six convertible looks like a very nice gun, but it's single action. The double actions sound a...

Any Property Owners Warren/Franklin etc.. : SE Indy

Any chance anyone is or knows a farm owner on the Southeast Side of Indy - around the border of Franklin and Warren Townships, or within a few miles? I ride my bicycle through there alot and would love to find a place to hunt squirrel and rabbit and pests (pigeon, crow, starling) with my pellet...

      Sighting Squirrels

I've been to Morgan-Monroe State Forest looking for squirrels. Unfortunately, I am deaf in one ear so when I hear the chatter I can't judge the direction it is coming from. I can hear nuts dropping etc... My one good ear is good. But, I need to learn a trick or two to find them faster. Any...

      Accurate .22 lr Revolver

What kind of .22 lr revolver is the standard for target shooting accuracy? My Mark III Ruger is great with the CCI Mini Mags, but won't cycle subsonic rounds reliably.

17 HM2 rifle - can it be found in Indy?

Anyone shoot 17 HM2s? It looks like the rifle is pretty hard to locate... about the only thing I can find seems to be Savage Mark II F at Gander Mountain. Plenty of places have the ammo fairly cheap @ 10 cents or so a round. Is there a shop in Indy that has anything (under $300)? Thanks!

      1 Bullfrogs and 2 Ducks

On the DNR pages there is a hunting season and limits for frogs. Is it legal to shoot them with a pellet gun? Or are you only allowed to net or jig them? What firearms are legal for duck hunting? Thanks!! Mark.

Scope for Savage Mark II (0.22LR)

Right now I have an airgun scope (Leapers 3-9x32AO) on my Savage. This scope is OK, but the reticle is a thickish mil-dot. I just use it for target shooting at 25-50-100 yards. I prefer AO because of my eyesight. The magnifications I use are the 6x and 9x. Could use a better/finer reticle...

      Accuracy for 0.22LR

What 0.22LRs are preferred for best accuracy out to 100 yards (ammo for my Savage Mark II)? Thanks!

Howdy; Marion - Hancock Cty line south of US 40

Hello All, Just joined FCVCC, not a bad drive from where I live (40 mins). I hope to make it out weekly this summer and get my tweens involved. Love to shoot smallbore and airguns. Anyone know of someplace closer to home I can shoot air rifles? Thanks! Mark.
