      I feel that it should be a crime if you are in possession of a invalid LTCH. The State Police should notify a person if they revoke the license, to send it in within say, 10 days and if they don't receive it, a warrant should be issued for their arrest. Just seems common sense to me, am I wrong?

      What I find odd is the fact that the officer said the car stays but the two occupants were free to go. What if the two left and the officer did find something, what then? How can they detain the car but not the people in the car? Sorry for a stupid question, I just don't understand.
