      Ruger 77-44 loads

      I got one for christmas. I'm looking for a 200 g. lead load for squirrels and a 240 g. JSP load for deer. If you have a pet load for a 1-20" barrell twist please share. I've been using Lil gun but the groups haven't amazed me yet.

      Anyone reloading 45-70 cartridge cut down to 1.625"

      Anybody reloading a 45-70 case cut to 1.625" to comply with Deer rifle cartridge regulations? I have a good load but velocity is only 1450 fps. with 300 g. jhp. I'd like to push it a little faster.
