Did you redo the wood on that? Those handguards are amazing!

Unfortunately no, I acquired this AK in a trade and he received it in this condition also....

Ive had alot of compliments and inquiries concerning these handguards, I wish that I could be of help in refinishing AK wood. Ive never been able to get them looking like these.... M14 and M1Garand stocks I have my process down pat..?

Neither are anything fancy. Just a WASR 10 on the left and a Saiga 12 on the right with the Tapco stock.

Like I said, nothing fancy but both can be used and abused.

Picked up some new toys for the holiday, certainly not building this one to suit the purists. Still a few last minute things to come though. If anyone wants I can get some better pictures, just snapped these with my phone.

Yup, I only wonder what stopped them from completing the mod and making left hand ejection ports also. Still, very unique. Also, seems like the folding stock would prevent them from firing when folded in.
