+1 to the Bersa Thunder .380
If you want an accurate handgun for cheap, the Bersa's do fill that role.
The PPK design is a bit dated, and many newer .380 designs are much smaller - but the Bersa Thunder .380's feel better when you get around to actually firing them.
As a few have already noted - for a small .380 firearm they are more accurate than you would expect... I believe the fixed position barrel is a big contributor.
