    A little more progress.
Got the area of the barrel channel inlet for the barrel nut and finished off the barrel channel. Decided to make a ghetto barrel channel cutter...

Another minor update. I got a good portion of the trigger area cut out and have the rough action completely seated. I have some fine tuning to do for position and angle.

I got a little bedding action done last night. Took me about an hour to get everything level and square, only took me a couple minutes to actually bed the rifle. Also, after using it, I don't think I can recommend the standard acraglass. It is too thin and hard to control compared to many of the other epoxy options.

It won't need to be replaced. It is easily fixed and will result in a stronger wrist when I'm done. Just pissed me off that I did it. When I'm done, you won't be able to tell it ever happened...

Well I started the repair... Provided this drys and holds half decent, I will pick up a threaded rod tomorrow and get that put into the grip..

Got the trigger guard installed. It lines up nicely. I'm trying to decide if the trigger depth is correct now... It looks like it matches the factory position, but it seems like it should be deeper into the guard.. Thoughts?

I think the trigger looks fine but how does it feel to you as far as positioning goes? That's what really matters here as this is your custom build. The rifle should fit you, not the other way around.
