Bushmaster Predator Rifle

I've had on of these on order for so many months, (at least 6 I've forgotten exactly as its been so long) without success. Has anyone actually physically observed one of these in a store?

Its the A-Tacs version, model # 90823 link: Bushmaster - Hunting Rifles

Just wondering if these actually exist and if so if any have made it to market. I'm getting a little frustrated.
