If you were to get just one of the CMP "Special"'s (yeah... I know, hard to stop at just one), would you get the .308 or the .30-06, and why?
Man, that's a tough one. On the one hand, I like the 308 for ammo cost and availability, but on the other I like the 30-06 since it's the more traditional round. I guess if I could only have 1, I would choose the 30-06.
