The AA 12 has a rail that you have to line up perfectly to insert new mags. It's also heavy with no changeable parts.

A FA s12 is smaller, lighter, shoots the same rounds. You can switch out parts to your liking (grips, rails, sights etc) and you can SBS one down to a really easily manageable

    saigatechusa -

That sure looks like a bump fire / slide fire type of device. If so, this is the first I have seen of it. And if you want a guinea pig to test on - I'll volunteer to test it out on mine!

I assure you, there would be a MASSIVE market for this amongst Saiga owners. Turn our zombie killing shotguns into bump firing machines??? Uhhh - yeah!

I am pretty sure that the Slide Fire guys are in the process of making an AK stock to follow up on their AR one that has proven quite popular. Presumably that would work for the Saiga market as well. That said - no one's seen it, yet.

The only thing better than blasting pumpkins and watermelons with a Saiga 12??? Doing it _faster_....

Your going to have to go the AOW route if you want a short barreled shotgun. Their is a shop here in Indiana that is making them on virgin receivers. He's got an ad on the class III classifieds and also on gunbroker. You could always cut the barrel down and permanently attach a suppressor, which is the route I'm thinking of going.

So we can get a SBS with a stock, here in Indiana, as long as it was origionally built as an AOW?

    Who is the manufacturer?

Also, can an AOW be modified?, such as could I get the saiga AOW and have it modified into a Krink look alike?

If I understand it correctly, NO YOU CANNOT add a stock to an AOW. By definition, the AOW's (like those offered by Cadiz Gun Works) can NEVER have had a stock on them....

The pics and vids above were likely done outside of Indiana....

If you want the shortest possible barrel (WITH a stock) in Indiana, then tradertator is right, cut the barrel and add enough of a permanent muzzle device to make it legal.

If you want less than that - probably best to talk to Cadiz and go the AOW route.
