I took a friends little sister to the range awhile back, and she proved this lady so wrong. I was getting a good laugh taking this female to the range, she hunts deer with bow and 12 gauge shotgun but had never seen an AR15 in person. On the way there she asked how hard was it gonna kick? I said compared to the 12 gauge pump you use deer hunting, not at all. I show her how to operate the AR and give it to her, you can tell she is intimidated by the AR as she sits down at the bench. She fires the first round and looks at me with a big smile and says that does not kick at all, then laughs about being intimidated by it.
