    I am unfamiliar with that phrase, but for some reason, when I read it, I started getting nauseous.

    BTW- didn't see anything matching this case on MyCase, not that everything is on there.

    Counsel has effectively stated that he approached a condition that induced nausea in others, when in fact he clearly intended to suggest that he became nauseated.
