Get some defensive ammo and try before you buy. I think Range USA has one in their rental case.Nope
If you think a compact 9mm beats you up...

To be fair, I don't think any .38 or .357 is much of a problem out of a Redhawk.Snubnose 38 special/357 magnum revolver with 148gr wadcutter are very nice and easy shooting with good penetration.

That's what I was thinking. I don't think a Redhawk qualifies for what the OP was after. To be fair, I don't think any .38 or .357 is much of a problem out of a Redhawk.
I've handeld one of those. If I was going to carry a snubby, it would be that one.I posted it because it's a beautiful weapon.
38 special 148gr wadcutter are for low recoil, deep penetrating, and fast shooting.

Get you one of these to try out. It just might change your mind. For a couple days now I've been thinking I want a little snub nose revolver or maybe a derringer (bc they're kinda cool).
Deep conceal style gun. Caliber would be like a 9mm or smaller but bigger than 22.
Something easy.
Thoughts?
Always wanted a derringer, it would just be for fun though, which is why I never got one.
nah I was told you'll instanly die.I've heard a .38 snubby is all you need...
Nobody told you that, Don Quixote.nah I was told you'll instanly die.
