We just don't go to Chicago / Illinois anymore...waste of time + our hard-earned $$ to even go there!

I not only won't go to Illinois, buy refuse to do business with the entire state. There are a few on Ingo who do business in Indiana, but are headquartered in Illinois, too bad.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I've spent a little more on items that are headquartered in other places for the same reason. I've got family in that state (not close) who've fallen for the BS hook, line, and sinker. I don't see them anymore and they won't come over here. "State stinks, Indiana smells like chickens and pigs". on them then.

If I have to go west of that state I first travel south then around it. My wheels will never touch that soil again.

I do my best to avoid IL. When I can't I always gas up in Terre Haute or in MO before trekking across the state. I don't stop to buy anything....only use the bathroom or throw out trash. hahaha
