    Put a little effort into and you will see it appears to be very legit.
    The raid may have been legitimate, but as soon as they knew the truth they should have dropped all charges.

    That wasn't in reference to the raid being legit, it was the story in general. The insinuation was that the story could have been totally mischaracterizing the whole story.

    The facts are that the police did make that arrest in Dec 2019, and the lady is still facing charges over a year later even after it was proven that those were not real firearms. Sad state of affairs in NYC as usual.
