I do have a story about a guy who intended to kill a injured deer with a knife "Rambo style", direct quote there, but it's unlikely to come up in class. See me during a break.

As a heads up, we're likely to only run this twice this year, three times tops. There's a solid chance I won't have the opportunity to speak to another class until the fall, as my summer is getting booked up real fast.

Ok, back on topic.

One thing the last class got that earlier classes didn't was a video from a robbery that turned into a shooting. Feedback we've gotten was that this has really driven home the body language and pre-attack indicators home.

After this class I'm going to be asking students of this and previous classes what they would like to see more of and what they'd like to see in a followup/level 2 class. I know I want to include more on multiple attackers, as that seems to be the hardest confrontation.
