    All cities and towns have local ordinances. Too many to list. I'm sure some have an ordinance against this.


    For the record, I also agree that unloading the magazines was a dick thing to do.

    If you show me an LTCH, unless you're being sketchy, you can keep your gun. No reason to handle it more than necessary.

    I know a guy who dumpster dives when the Ball State students are moving out. The one day he came back with a microwave and a couple full bottles of booze. He had some other OK stuff, but that's what stick out in my head.

    An OV in Indiana is far cry from a "crime". Municipalities are expressly forbidden from making any criminal offenses and the civil penalties available on OV's are set by statute.
