    Being ignored are the Income Tax charges . . . which if tried would drag Hunter's finances, and along with them his father's finances into the trial. I'd bet DoJ is trying to avoid that using any and every means possible. Don't put it beyond the U.S. Attorney trying the case to "throw the match" to ensure an acquittal. Could be hard to do without making it obvious that it's being deliberately botched.

    At the end of the day he will not be convicted of anything. Lawyers will make money on both sides of this issue and news people will sell it as well.

    If this doesn't amount to anything then it once again proves that the judicial system is rigged. They basically went after Gen, Flynn for what amounted to a phone call. There is way more than that going on with the Bidens.
