I Googled Indiana Conference Commitee and the schedule I saw for the House committee for Monday 4/22 made no mention of HB 1563.

Does that mean it's dead?

It says in the heading due to scheduling parameters this may not be a complete list. So lets hope its alive, well and about to be brought into the world.

That is outstanding news about the auto knife amendment, is there anyone we can call at the capitol to urge this bill be brought up for a vote. It would really suck to just let it die with this session.

I just spoke with Rep. Van Natter's office. HB1563 passed in the Senate conference committee, and has to be passed in the House conference committee. He is a co-author of the bill and has no reason to believe that it will die in the House. Hopefully by Friday it will be bound for Governor Pence's desk!
