Wow that burger was good. I had the "not so ugly" elk burger, the 1/2lb.

I ordered it medium well, and it was good, but I was barely able to eat it all.

I can't wait to go back.

So which is it? Which did you really order Almost too done (medium) or burnt (medium well)?

Elk and bison are overcooked at anything beyond a true medium. If you don't have a pink center, you've lost flavor. FLAVOR MAN!!! YOU'VE LOST IT!!!
