I'll just leave this quote here since it's worthy of mention in this case and the others like it
"I have the right to do anything"-you say, but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything"-but not everything is constructive.

And, the issue of benefit or degree to which it is constructive may be a matter of opinion and personal judgement. I certainly wouldn't consider it destructive.

I wish they'd start arresting people calling in to prank an emergency hotline with non-sense like this. Dispatchers need to be sent back to training if they still haven't figured out what the law is regarding these things.

Geez, he wasn't even OC'ing the rifle. It was in a case, unloaded and didn't even have a mag.

Officers also confiscated his AR-15, which was in a case made of moldable plastic that exactly fit the outline of the weapon with a magazine and silencer attached. Once the case was opened, police found the weapon was unloaded and there was no magazine, but there was a silencer.

Logical fallacy rears it's ugly head again.

LOL! Please explain where the logical fallacy is?

I just think it would be hilarious to watch you pee your pants.

Do you mean to imply that they don't have the right to oc looking like that? Please explain what you mean?

Oh you so figured it out.
Cause no one on INGO has ever served in the military.

    Let me help you out.
My gun carries 8 bullets, you don't need anymore.
I don't carry a spare mag, and you don't need to.
I only vote every 3 elections, you really shouldn't vote anymore than that.
I have nothing to hide. They can search my house/car anytime, for no reason at all.
I don't go to church. That might offend someone.

You guys are hilarious! It's just my opinion that it would be entertaining to see your reactions and man do you jump to conclusions! Suddenly I am taking the side of anti-gunners, wanting to search houses, etc. Please show me where I said any of those things? I must have really touched a nerve.

No. You have stated that you are the judge of what is ok. Even though the law saws it is ok, that is not good enough.
What is the difference? The MDA advocates calling the police, for ANY weapon carried, regardless of carry method.
The fact someone is following the law is not good enough for them.

I just want to laugh at you, and I am!

I'm probably mixing your remark with someone posted before you.
And oh no. I'm being laughed at.
I'm goin put my pants on, go upstairs, and get my mom.
I'm special. She tells me so.

Why would I pee my pants? I am not the one who opposes OCing rifles in public.

The logical fallacy exists in the ridiculous notion that everything is viewed and evaluated through the myopic lens of nothing more than whether or not the individual is OCing, that all OC is equal and no other factors need be considered.

I look at the OC with a long gun the same way as a deer hunter going into a restaurant with his camouflage on, including face paint and doe uterus urine. Both make the same amount of sense.
