    Ok, it's an Elpaso Saddlery holster. Looking at it closer I can see that a lot of the issue is the triple stacked belt loop of the Duluth pants, but that isn't going anywhere, and that's what makes it extra floppy when he's wearing the non-"ultimate" Duluth pants without that triple stacked side belt loop. This makes the semi-paddle belt loop of the one I posted an even better choice, because it won't be straddling the belt loop. It'll be just behind it.

    That holster looks "stretched" or certainly not able to hold shape. Also belt is not drawn up very well.

    I used Gould Goodrich thumb break holster 1911 for years, works very well with a Daltech SuperBio belt.

    I have now for several years carried 1911 in a Safariland ALS and like it a lot. They have a "conceal" owb model that holds in close. The ALS is very close to a thumb break. Safariland offers many options so trying to decide which one to get is a pain but they have on their website a holster finder that will step through options.

    This model includes both paddle and belt options to try.
