Of all the engraving that could possibly be on an AR, "Let's Go Brandon" will not age very well. Resale value will likely suck.

A zombie lower is now somewhat out of date...but future grandkids might think it's pretty cool. And almost anyone wouldn't try to whittle down your asking price on a zombie lower. Joe Biden? About as useful as a Jimmy Carter presidential plate set. No one wants one today, and very few will care in the future.

Save up for a better lower.
I don't know I have a pistol with these engravings and a lot more on it and thought it added to my liking and Coolidge, Reagan, Hamilton, and Adams all did their thing before I was born. Would be great if it was actually accurate.

I know I'm going to catch a lot of grief over this but I really feel it needs to be said.

When Obama was president I made a pretty crude comment about him to a fellow lifelong Republican. When I was done he told me: Listen, I don't like him either and I don't agree with most of his policies but he is our president and we should respect that position, don't have to agree, but we should disagree respectfully. He went on to say that Democrats are not the enemy, they are Americans with different opinions than ours and Republicans are not their enemy, they are Americans with different opinions than theirs and that both parties should respect the other parties right to their own opinion.

This made me really think and changed the way I try to live. Ever since then I have tried to live my life by the Golden Rule: Treat others as I would like them to treat me. This is sometimes very hard, especially when others don't treat me as I would like to be treated, but I strongly feel it is the right thing to try to do.

So: I don't like Biden, I didn't vote for him and I won't vote for him next time but he is our president. I wasn't sure at first but it's now been decided following our laws and our Constitution and there has been no factual evidence to the contrary showing that he didn't. (lots of theories, lots of other stuff but no actual, real, evidence after a year) I don't like it but the game has been called. It's over. Let's all be good sportsmen about it just like we expect our kids to be when their team loses or we expect the other team to be when we win. Disagree with his policies, advocate for your policies, vote for people you want representing you but please do it with the same respect you would want shown if we had a Republican president. This is the greatest country in the world, I love it and I am so lucky to have been born and lived here but it is absolutely ripping my guts out to see it being torn apart the way it is.

For the record hoping no one says I'm some left wing socialist commie plant: I'm a 70 year old, white, NRA member, 2nd amendment supporting, gun owning lifelong Republican.

I'm sure there will be blow-back on this but please, let’s keep it civil.

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
    That's your opinion.
You are entitled to it, and without ridicule.

I did not vote for Joe Robinette Biden, and I never will.

I was raised to respect my elders, and others, but I was also taught that respect for an office/ position is one thing.
Respect for an individual is entirely different.

    People cannot command respect.
They can try, but it usually doesn't work out.
Respect for an individual must be EARNED!

Joe Robinette Biden has done nothing to Garner my respect.
He lies, he very well may be corrupt, and he has been 180 degrees off top dead center his whole life.
His economic policies are bankrupting the country.
His social policies are fomenting racial division and unecessary mental strife.
His foreign policies have the rest of the world laughing at our great nation.

No, I'm sorry, but I'm not going to be able to show respect for Joe Biden any time soon.
I do respect the office of President of the United States.
I just wish Joe Robinette Biden did too.

    Edit to add,
I just picked up my "Let's go Brandon" lower too.

Let's Go Brandon has nothing to do with "respect". Or even the President.

It is about the media, gaslighting you.

On screen, people were yelling F Joe Biden.
Then the media tried to tell you, even though you could hear it, that it wasn't what you heard.

So, this is more about telling everyone you are not about to be gaslight.

I understand where Let's Go Brandon came from and the gaslighting that went along with it. However, I have a little trouble accepting that this is only about gaslighting when the receiver also has "F... Joe Biden" engraved on it.

I'm just showing the same respect to the office as the Dems did when Trump was President. Is that wrong?
It's not my place to judge whether you are right or wrong. That's gotta come from something bigger than any of us.

I do want to clarify that by no means am I implying that I think Republicans are solely responsible or the only ones guilty of this. There is plenty of responsibility for where we are today on all sides. Trump was not the first to be treated disrespectfully when he was in that position. We Republicans showed plenty of disrespect for the position when Obama in office and I'm sure it went on a long time before that. I know because I wasn't respectful for a great portion of the time he was in office and I had plenty of very disrespectful conversations with fellow Republicans. I now believe that I was wrong and try my best not be that way any more because it just hurts our country and does absolutely nothing to help solve our problems, resolve our differences, advance the policies we believe in or make our lives any better. I gotta admit that it did feel good to do and it was fun to do with people who felt the same way but I now realize I/we were just making matters worse.

As I said previously: "Ever since then I have tried to live my life by the Golden Rule: Treat others as I would like them to treat me. This is sometimes very hard, especially when others don't treat me as I would like to be treated, but I strongly feel it is the right thing to try to do."

The Golden Rule doesn't say treat others as they treat you. It says treat them as you would like to be treated. It is hard to do and often very unpopular but many, many, many of the "right" things to do in life are.

I'm guessing that's much more of an answer than you wanted. Sorry.

Psa is offering "Let's go Brandon" stripped Ar15lowers for $59.95.
They read "Let's go Brandon" in the serial number area, and the selector switch reads,
    F@ck
    Joe
    Biden

I don't need another stripped lower, but thinking about one anyway.

I would take one....if it was in 80% condition!
