    SAW it here first!

    Edit:

Thanks to those who took the time to point out the fact that I misspelled "here" for "hear".

Hmm, looks nice... What's with the hinged triggers though? I picked up an M&P 9mm Pro the other day and just did not like the trigger.

Can someone give a valid reason why this pistol exists and why it has a special name?

    >smaller
    >thinner

I got extremely excited when I heard the rumor about this pistol, then I saw the photo, and that safety took the wind out of my sails. That's a deal breaker for me.

I already have a Smith & Wesson single stack 9mm for carry. I find it difficult to believe they can improve on the CS 9. Love the old Smiths.

That hinged trigger is their version of the trigger safety. It has been around since the Sigma was introduced. Personally I find it much more comfortable than the Glock or Springfield versions of the trigger safety. They always seemed to tear up my finger.
