...a full review of the MR556 is coming. I just picked this baby up today from the local fun store and I can't wait to dig in.

I picked one up a couple of weeks ago. I still have not shot it. $2399.00 before taxes. I will be looking forward to your review.

I'll be picking up one, but I'm sure I will put it back down. :): Can't wait to see your review.

The bolt even has the HK logo engraved in it, nice touch! That makes my wallet a little nervous but if a black rifle ever turned a head or two I think this certainly will.
That's a winner if it runs as good as it looks.

I will say this, the machining and overall quality is staggeringly good. This thing screams "well built". It's a tank too, it appears no concern was given to rounding corners or shaving unnecessary material, it's thick and a bit heavy compared to a Colt M4... But I like it.

I've been waiting for these to hit the market (finally:rolleyes:). Definitely interested to hear your views and experiences with this. With the amount of time HK put into these they should be perfect.

Man, how do you spend $2400 before tax and not shoot it for a couple of weeks. That would be killing me (both the $2400 and the not shooting it)

I want....but my wife wants her new car first. Fair trade, I'd say.

Not gonna lie, I'm a little envious! Enjoy.

He is waiting for his wife to be out of town so he can take it out of its hiding place. :D

That looks like a precision machine, but like others aluded to...it would almost single handedly double the value of my entire firearms collection.

I am anxiously awaiting the review.
