Well, As a family we decided that we wouldn't do turkey this year. Instead we are doing a ham, and a rib roast. I just put the roast in the oven about 30 minutes ago and it's starting to smell AMAZING! This is going to be a good dinner!

We are doing ribs this year.
Turkey: one of the only foods I know that people go to great lengths to make it taste better
