Farmer-Mode Ballstater and family is getting things done. Sick calf seems to be on the upswing by several signs (will only specify if interested). Taking temperature again in 3 days. After $400 of antibiotics & vet visits, I've been handed the old cross your fingers.

Went to the goddaughter's softball game and dinner confirming and evening safety, teaching, & handling session followed up by a range day. Goddaughter, brother, and Mom (who have never touched anything but a Nerf gun) are all on board. During the week, we should have the range all to ourselves.

Honestly I was sitting in my chair, laughing. My wife wondered why. I had to read out loud the related posts in the thread. Couldn't stop laughing while reading.

She walked out of the room shaking her head.

She now believes that I hang out with a bunch of 13 year olds who shoot air-soft/nerf guns and dress up as army men.
