Actually the way I read the courts findings is that if there is a ordinance or law on the books that is in violation of another law which is on the books then one may just disregard that law.... mmmmmmm So, the BOR says I have the 2nd amendment which would then trump all the other laws they have come up with since it was written so I should just disregard all those nonsense laws on the books and ........ I mean this is precedence right.....

Thats how you handle that can of worms....
