NO

At least I think its still NO. It was under the former laws, but with the laws that changed it may be, but I think its still NO.

And just curious, does your "Whisperlite" stove sound sort of like a small jet engine?

Most of these small pressurized gas stoves are pretty loud. Less so when used with a butane canister but more so when used with white gas or other liquid fuel.

That it does. Pretty noisy.

FWIW it is generally considered "bad form" to MOON the house of a fellow INGO member when you have children in your car.

Worse yet to MOON an INGO members house from a school bus.

Unless its Jedi's house. And all the children participate too.

That it does. Pretty noisy.

I've yet to find a really quite one. But I have found some REALLY loud stoves.

Just the nature of the design I suppose.

What I know is that the design works great, even at high altitudes and low temperatures when using white gas.
