I would guess it's 300 rounds. Some Winchester target crap, some rio 00, some rifled slugs and probably a few sabots.I also have a holdout stash of federal .22 lr.

Put me in for 250 low recoil. Does anyone know what the FPS is on the low recoil. I know the high is 1350 FPS
