kinda makes a man want to lock, load, and get the hell down there. this is OUR damn country!

I'm to the point that if Arizona ever puts out the call, i'll be on the road in a couple hours.

So is it actually closed to Americans, or are Americans simply being warned about the dangers of being there? I'm confused on that. I know what the tag line said, but nobody actually SAID it was CLOSED to Americans, and it looked like the sign they showed was a warning sign about the dangers, not about the park being closed?

But I will say I'm getting extremely pissed off about this whole situation. Almost murderously so at this point.

If I was the governor of Arizona, I would mobilize the general militia and charge them with protecting our southern border, with force if necessary, and I would pardon anyone charged with any sort of state crime in relation to that. The federal government, as far as I'm concerned, has violated the terms of the union by refusing to protect our borders, so SOMEBODY has to do it. And I'm not going any further on that topic because I like my account here on INGO.

You now, listening to the public comments from a growing number of elected officials in that state, I'm becoming concerned that Arizona is on the verge of trying to effectively seceed from the Union. They seem to feel the Union has abandoned them, and all but giving a huge chunk of their land to Mexico is not going to sooth those feelings one bit.

Is it too radical of me to remark that my first thought was that those three guys rapelling down into our country were going REALLLLLL slow?

I'm not advocating. I'm prognosticating. They are beginning to feel as if they are being thrown to the wolves, and are in fear of their very survival in many respects.

Wow. I'm pretty stunned. I just read Expat's post of the Marine Corps scientist saying we should drop a huge bomb to seal up BPs oil leak. It would be a total shame if the wind caught that bomb and carried it a little farther south-west.

RIGHT????

This is pathetic on so many levels. I cannot believe that the federal government is so incompetent they are unable to patrol a single area of land because it is over run with, wait for it, criminals.
    They're not incompetent.
    This is what they want!!
Nothing this [strike]Junta[/strike], Administration, does is without Political repercussions.
"O" has publicly vowed to "level" the International playing field.
If we slowly abandon certain parts of the South West, Mexico will eventually regain a large chunk of the land that they lost in the Mexican-American War.
My guess is that "O", and Calderon, worked out the details several weeks ago.
AZ is likely the first State chosen to "sacrifice" it's land to the "Greater Cause Of International Peace." because of their stance on Illegal Immigrants.
This country is being sold down the river by an International gang of Socialists with the willing help of their star member, the POTUS!!! :xmad:

Unbelievable! Arizona is being pushed closer and closer to armed conflict to simply protect it's land! Imagine if this happened here in Indiana? I can guarantee you I'd be camped there with a rifle. Unbelievable.
