    Its called a PAN Disruptor. Basically a 12 gage shotgun on steroids. It fires special 12 guage rounds, either blanks or slugs made of clay, steel, or aluminum. The yellow cord is called "shock tube" and actuates the firing that strikes the primer of the shotgun shell.
