Okay. I've doing some research and I've found that these are the best deals on bulk prices for .45ACP that I can find. I'm just looking for some insight on these brands of ammo which is better or worse. Any information would be appreciated. I'll also list the brands, prices and the websites below. (All 1000 rds. and includes shipping & handling)

Aguila - $318.24 AIM Surplus Home

Prvi Partizan - $329.80 Target Sports USA | Discount Ammunition Online | Ammo For Sale | Free Shipping Ammunition

PMC - $344.95 GunEnvy, Firearms and accessories!

Fiocchi - $353.18 Military Shooters LLC

I've shot .45ACP Fiocchi & PMC in quantity and they seem to be just fine for practice. I've only shot one box of Aguila and didn't have any issues with it either.

Thanks for the reply. I'm kinda leaning towards the prvi since i've heard mostly positive things about it. The aguila was definitely the cheapest, but i haven't really heard much about that brand at all.

Aguila is made in Mexico by a plant that was originally started by Remmington.

they supply ammo to several armed forces around the world.

BTW if you want something local (ie. Indiana Made) you might try Red Star

I think this group buy is over but talk to the INGO member who makes it for more info.

How about Profire's Red Star ammo. 1k rounds - $320. (That's the group buy price, but I'll honor it if you're interested.) There is plenty of information about our ammo here on INGO, and we're a local company and a site advertiser.

Just got an e-mail from Ammoman. He has a special on .45ACP Privi Partisan for $309/1k delivered. Ammoman has been around as long as I've been buying ammo online and has a good reputation. I've bought from him once and had a good transaction.

I bought 10 boxes of Aguila at a gun show very cheap.
Have shot some of it with no issues and it has been very
    accurate. Would buy again.

There is a video of 9mm Aguila test fired into 4 layers of jeans and a barrel of water. I was pretty impressed with it. Granted it is 9mm and not 45, but it is a little info for you.

It performed similar to the Speer Gold Dots and Federal Hydrashocks on tests by the same guy. It was not a ballistics gel test, but this stuff is pretty cheap. I am going to try it as soon as it is back in stock at AIM.

The guy tested some 45 too. You can see his individual tests, but this shows the results.
