I don't think those 650,000 emails were all about/from/to Hillary Clinton.

Propably just a few that were copies of ones already examined by the FBI.
They probably just looked for a few key words and concluded that there was nothing illegal.

That's why we use search engines anytime we're looking for something online, to avoid reading millions of web pages that have nothing to do with what we're looking for.
